Mindfulness-Based Resilience Training for Filipino Frontline Workers

Our aim is to develop and implement a community intervention program that will equip Filipino frontline workers with tools to manage stress and enhance mental well-being.

We aim to develop, pilot, and evaluate a decentralized, community-based, LGBTQIA+-affirming mental health care model for prevention, early intervention, and psychosocial recovery in selected Philippine communities.
